The first stop is our QuickBooks Support pages. You can get there by clicking the link above, or if you are out in the Community, simply click on "QuickBooks Help Articles" in the centre of the home page.
Pro-Tip: Once you have landed on the QuickBooks Support page, make sure to use the card carousel to choose your QuickBooks product. This will filter all help articles to only that product - so you know that you are getting the right information for your specific needs.
In addition, you can access a variety of video tutorials to help you begin using QuickBooks. These can be found by following this link. For more information on available training, select Get more from QuickBooks under "Certification and training".
If you can't find an answer to your questions in our support articles pop over to our Questions & Answers forums to ask your question there. You can get to the Q&A section from the QuickBooks Community home page by choosing Global QuickBooks Q&A under the Get help with QuickBooks banner.
Pro-Tip: Click on the drop-down menu at the top of the Q&A forums and select your version of QuickBooks from the list. This will filter the questions and answers to those applicable to your product.
