Other Questions

Thank you for getting back to this thread in detail, Lilly. You can still use your existing QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to manage bookkeeping remotely.

Since you are operating a business in China and Hong Kong, you only need to set up location tracking to categorize data from different locations, offices, regions, outlets, or departments within the same company. Please note that this feature is available only for QBO Plus and Advanced plans.

If you want to use location tracking, here's how to set up:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and settings.

Also, turning on multicurrency can help eliminate concerns about the exchange rate conversions. To enable this feature, your account must be on the Essentials, Plus, or Advanced plan, as it is only available for these three options.

Here's how to turn on the multicurrency:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and settings.

  3. Click the Pencil icon in the Currency section.
  4. Turn on the Multicurrency switch.
  5. Read the disclaimer and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option by ticking the checkbox.
  6. Hit Save, then Done.
