Thanks for the update, @AGNES1408.
I'll share details as to why you're still unable to get your logo added in credit notes and statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and guide you in sending product recommendations.
For the time being, you're unable to use logos for statements, purchase orders, or credit notes in QBO. These forms only have the Standard template, which is the master sales form template. How they look will depend on what you edit in the master template. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
Feel free to read this article for more details: Add, customise,or remove logos on sales forms.
On the other hand, I can see how the benefit of being able to have a company logo in credit notes and statements of accounts would aid you in managing your transactions with QBO. With this, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations. We take your suggestions as opportunities to improve the various features of our products.
Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team to help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Also, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your company's income and customers using QBO: Sales and customers help for QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about adding invoices, creating statements, and crediting customer accounts, to name a few.
Let me know if you have other feature concerns or questions about managing customer transactions in QBO. Please don't hesitate to drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @AGNES1408.
