You can record the check received as Deposit or Sales Receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
- Go to the Plus New icon.
- Choose Bank Deposit or Sales Receipt.
- For Bank Deposit, choose an Account and fill in the necessary information.
- For Sales Receipt, leave the Customer field blank and fill in the necessary information.
- Click Save and close.
