I appreciate you for going through the steps provided by my colleague above. Let's try to access your account via a private/incognito window to check if this a web browser related issue. I'm here to guide you how.

 

Stored cache and cookies in your regular browser for a long period can cause unusual behavior to the browser. To check, you may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private/incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If your able to see our contact option while in a private/incognito window, then you'll have to clear your regular browser's cache. This way, it'll optimize your browse performance and enhance your QuickBooks Online experience. I've also attached an image below for reference. 1.png

If you're still unable to see our contact support option, try using another supported browser.
