You might want to open your QuickBooks on a private window to verify. If it works fine, make sure to clear your browser’s cache or use a different one.
Though the issue continues, I’d recommend reporting this to our phone support team. They have tools to help you investigate this further.
- In QuickBooks, click Help at the top.
- Select Contact us.
- Provide a short detail about your Date Added information issue.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
