does anyone ever get help from the quickbooks chat service? I hold on for hours and am told to keep holding but nobody answers?

I have been trying to get some answers on an issue I am having with Quickbooks online but the chat service is useless and nobody replies. What is the best way to get help and support? I cannot continue with my accounts until somebody helps me.
