No we are in Dublin Ireland, so we need the Irish 2015 desktop edition to reinstall, no errors, the machines hard drive died... so we need to reinstall on new hard ware but we dont have the installer.. then we can fix user entry errors and once they are fixed we are migrating to quickbooks online thanks
