Yes, it's possible to export your data from the old account and import it into the new one. However, you can use a third-party app to export other data that aren't on the list.
Here's how to export your data:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Export data.
- Enable the reports you want to export.
- Click Lists to export your Customers, Employees, and Vendors.
- Select Export to Excel.
To import it to your new account, kindly follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Import data.
- Click the dropdown button to select the data you want to import.
- Hit Import.
Regarding the bank accounts, you can connect them again to your QBO account and download all the necessary transactions you want. But you can also manually download them using a CSV file.
In addition, you can run financial reports for you to track your expenses accurately and identify areas for potential cost savings.
