Good day, @Sammyjoe1309.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your concern about creating Purchase Orders on your QuickBooks App. Let me share some details about this feature.
Currently, there isn't an integrated way to create a purchase order and use its related functions while logged in on the mobile application. Instead, you'll have to open your QuickBooks Online account via a web browser.
While we can't recommend a specific third-party app, QuickBooks empowers you to find one that suits your needs. Use the handy feature to search for an app tailored to your requirements and resolve this issue on your terms. This puts you in control of finding the best solution for your needs.
Here's how:
- From the left menu, click Apps.
- Select the Find Apps tab.
- Enter a brief description of the feature in the Search for an App box.
- If there's a list of selections, choose the app you want to integrate, then click Get the app now to connect.
