Currently, the e-invoicing feature is not yet available in the international version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we're unable to specify when this option will be made available.
Meanwhile, I recommend exploring the QuickBooks App Store and searching for a third-party app that allows you to have the same features as e-invoicing.
