Im having major difficulty with quickbooks since the end of Oct and no resolution has been offered to me. My business has been suffering tremendously since then with entering our busiest period of the year. Im majorly stressed each day about it and all im been told is the engineers are working on it.
Currently i cant print the below as the information is blank on the viewer & document. Only header & footer is showing
Credites
Dispatch Notes
Purchase orders
Quotations
Ive narrowed down the cause myself and its related to the font. The only reason i can print sales receipts and invoices still is that i could edit the font and this fixed the issue for these forms. I find it so hard to believe it can take months for the engineers to fix a font issue.
For the first 4 weeks of my issue the customer service team didn't acknowledge my trouble. They kept telling me it was mac related use download workaround and wait for an update. I contacted them 2-3 times to send them screenshots of the same issue happening on my pc too which is running Windows as well i shared images of the downloads been blank too. Update came along and it still didn't resolve my issue & Im not surprised as i feel they didn't have a clue and were definitely not listening to me. To me when a customer has a major software issue, they should be instantly logging in and seeing what the issue is. It was mid Dec before they even asked me for access. Its now mid Feb without any communication or update since then. Im seriously stressed about it everyday. I cant send a quote, print a dispatch docket and i owe customers credit notes since last October. My main customer base is trade and i cannot send a invoice with their goods, so i have to print the invoice as a dispatch note and then cut out all the prices manually away leaving a tacky looking piece of paper. Ive done this in the 1000's since Oct and im so embarrassed. I send hundreds of quotations and i have to screenshot them and apologise to the customer each time i do. As well i have to do this manually as the customer will just receive a blank document.
This is not the first bad experience ive had since 2017. Im realising the quickbooks is not up to fixing anything quickly no matter what the issue is. I believe myself they are just suitable for businesses printing 1-2 invoices a day and nothing more.
Is anybody having the same issue or found a fix for it?
Ive tried multiple browsers on both mac and pc, reinstalled adobe too.
