Help is here, @accounts3100.
I’m here to ensure all your transactions will get exported. QuickBooks Online offers a simple way of moving entries so you can download and import them anytime.
Keep in mind that we can only export your reports, lists, non-posting transactions, and attachments in the program. The files will be downloaded into Excel format. You may save copies of these onto your computer's hard drive, give them to your accountant to help you manage your books, or import it to other platforms.
Here’s how to export your data:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export Data.
- On the Reports tab, set the date range to year-to-date.
- Add items from the Reports/Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
- Press Export to Excel.
Please know that you’ll need to export non-posting transactions and attachments separately since it doesn’t include in the lists. You can follow the instructions listed in this article to do so: Export reports, lists, and more.
Please refer to this link for more information about this process: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.
