The Snap Receipt feature's accessibility may depend on the region. It is currently available in selected regions like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc. If you have a different version, I recommend looking for a third-party app that will allow you to capture receipts.

While this feature is unavailable, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and consider implementing it in the future. Here's how you can submit feature requests using your QBO mobile app:
For Android devices:
- Click the Menu button.
- Select the Gear icon.
- Scroll down and then choose feedback under the Help section.
- Enter your feedback and product suggestions.
- Tap Send Feedback.
