Other Questions

Hello, gaurav.mathur.

QuickBooks is dependent on what the third-party app or connector is syncing. So, I'd like to show some of the ways on how we can deal with the sales tax issues.

I take it that you're referring to the Magenta Website hosting instead of Magneto. Regardless, are you using some sort of a connector to connect QuickBooks with the website? If that's the case, we'll want to check the connector's settings and tweak the sales taxes from there. This way, we'll find a way to use a custom tax or value as what you've mentioned.

If possible, it would also help if we could consult with the connector's support channels. Their agents would be able to help us ensure that we're using the correct tax settings for your website and QuickBooks.

If you've developed the connector or app for the website using the QuickBooks API, then I'd recommend consulting our Intuit Developers support group.

They'll address your concerns regarding the sales tax sync issue, and make sure the every information is displayed properly.

We can contact them by posting your concerns in their dedicated Community space. Post your concerns here: Intuit Developers Community Support

Do you also need to work on the QuickBooks API sometime in the future? I'll share our API support docs and tools to help you with other concerns: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/qbo/docs/develop.
