1. You can only purchase any older versions (i.e 2021 and 2022) through limited partners/resellers. Contact me in private if you need assistance.
2. QB Desktop only counts the license seats to the machine you want to install the program on. Actually you can create multiple user profiles to access company files. You can allow different users to access the same machine in turn with their own user profiles. You can purchase QB Desktop 2021 US Pro for 3 users or QB Desktop Premier for 5 users. So if you buy QB Desktop 2021 US Premier for 5 users, you will have up to 5 computers to access the same company file at the same time.
3. By default any QB Desktop version and edition will save your company files locally. You will need a 3rd party solution to access your company files over the internet. We can recommend one solution to allow you to keep your files hosted locally and your remote users to be able to access the same files at the same time over the internet if needed.
