The Callback selection is only available in the US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you have the Global version of QBO, you only have the Start a chat option when reaching out to our live support team.

 

If you still want to contact them via chat, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us, then choose the Start a chat option.
