I appreciate you for joining the thread, @Graybill2.
I'm here to help you with redoing your May reconciliation.
With QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), you'll see an Undo option for your past reconciliations. Here's how:
- Go to the Accounting menu, then select the Reconcile tab.
- Click on History by account.
- Select the account you want to reconcile and the date range from the dropdowns.
- Find the reconciliation on the list.
- Hit on View report to open the Reconciliation Report.
- Review any discrepancies and changes your client wants to make.
- When you’re ready, hit the dropdown in the Action column, and then select Undo.
- Tap Yes, the Undo to confirm the action.
If you don't have an accountant or a QBOA account, you can follow these steps on how to invite one:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner, and select Manage Users.
- Go to the Accounting firms tab, and click the Invite button.
- Enter the accountant's information.
- Click Save.
Once the accountant accepts the invitation, he can start with reconciling your account again.
On the other hand, here's how you can connect with our Support Team or get a Proadvisor (with their contact information) to help you with the process:
Alternatively, you can undo the reconciled transactions one at a time using your regular account. You can open this article as your guide: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
