Hi there, @bssawantbs.
Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps so you can connect your SBI bank to QuickBooks Online. To start, access your QBO account using incognito mode. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites. Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once signed in, connect your SBI bank again.
If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
Meanwhile, you can also manually upload your bank transactions to QBO using CSV files. To do so, please refer to the detailed steps in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once transactions are in, you'll now need to categorise and match them in QuickBooks. This process ensures your transactions are under the correct account.
Don't hesitate to post again here if you have further concerns in connecting your SBI account to QuickBooks. I'm always here to help. Keep safe.
