I'd suggest making a copy of your Employee ID No. (EIN) before entering it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) for personal reference. That way, you'll know the EIN when you want to view it.
However, if you've already entered it in your QBO, I recommend reaching out to our support team. They have the tools to look into your account and can further assist you in viewing your EIN. Here's how to reach them.
In your QBO:
- Click the Help (?) icon.
- Click Contact us.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
- Then choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
