QuickBooks support is available through Chat or even posting here in the Community, like what you did now. If you're referring to get a live person assistance you can connect with one of our agents through your QuickBooks Online account. I'll show you the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
  2. Click ? Help and enter "I need to speak to a human" in the text box.
  3. Input your concern and click I still need help.
  4. Select Contact us.
  5. Choose how you want to be assisted if it's either posting in the community or messaging.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions. See screenshots for your additional reference.

 

Also, I'd recommend checking the support hours to get the best time for you to call at your convenience. Our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
