The new "Help" menu interface:
- Click the (?) Help icon and choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us.
- Tap Let’s talk then select Start a chat.
For the old "Help" menu:
- Click the (?) Help icon, then the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question in the What can we help you with field.
- Proceed with the Let's talk button.
- Select the Start a chat button.
