Let me guide you with the steps in resetting your app.
- In your QuickBooks account, click Help.
- Click Reset App Data.
- Close the app when the process is complete.
Once done, right-click on the app and Run as the Administrator.
If you get the same results, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further.
- Click (?) Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter you question in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Click Get a callback.
Additionally, you can access your account via a browser and add your logo from there.
