Let me guide you with the steps in resetting your app.

  1. In your QuickBooks account, click Help.
  2. Click Reset App Data.
  3. Close the app when the process is complete.

Once done, right-click on the app and Run as the Administrator.

 

If you get the same results, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further.

  1. Click (?Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter you question in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.

Additionally, you can access your account via a browser and add your logo from there.
