Hello there, @rishad-hdpe.
Welcome to the Community forum. I'm happy to share how you can prepare a customer ledger statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The general ledger report shows a list of transactions from all accounts for a specific date range. This report is available in all versions of QBO. At this time, we won't be able to customize this report just to show your customers' entries. However, use statements to show customers a summary of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
Here's how you can prepare statements from the Customers page:
- Open your QBO account, then go to the Sales tab at the left pane.
- Go to the Customers section.
- Choose the customer/s' name you want to prepare a statement by checking the box beside their name.
- Click on the drop-down arrow under Batch actions, then tap Create statements.
- Send or print the statement.
If you want to delete or edit a statement, you can check the details from this link as your reference.
Once done, feel free to read the topics from our help articles during your free time as additional guides while working with QuickBooks.
