I have just the steps you'll need to fix printing issues using browsers. Let's delete your browser's cookies and temporary internet files to correct the issue. Sometimes, damaged browser cookies will cause interruptions when printing.

Then, try printing as an image by following these steps.

 

  1. Open a transaction, then select the Print icon.
  2. In the window that appears giving you the option to select a printer, tick the Advanced button.
  3. Check the box next to Print as image.
  4. Click OK.
