We have streamlined the process of asking for help from our QBO Care Team. Aside from posting your question in the Community, you can now get real-time assistance using the Chat option. Let me show the steps:
- Tap the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
- Enter the issue/topic in the Type something field box.
- Choose the No, I still need help option.
- Then, key in contact support in the field box to display the Contact QuickBooks Support link.
- Hit the Start a chat menu to get in touch with our online agents.
