Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
There is no issue with ProFile receiving and posting e-file confirmations. The confirmation number occasionally does not appear on the Info tab for various reasons related to transmission issues for the particular file. If this issue occurs just confirm that CRA received the return as you did. If CRA received the return no further action is required although you can could manually change the e-file status to Accepted
