I should have also mentioned that when you use the "Build a PDF", ProFile will create a password-protected file that may prevent you from opening it for Gmail. If you go to the Options, Environment, PDF tab, you can remove all the password protections you may have, and it may fix the issue. You can also print the T183 form and scan it back into your computer in a different directory and upload it to Gmail that way.
