Printing a return 4 per page but there is a problem with the jacket. (work around is don't print the T1 jacket 4 per page)
Page 1 of 9 prints, as well as pages 2-5. Page 6 of 9 is blank. Pages 7 of 9 and 8 of 9 print ok. Page 9 of 9 (which is page 8 of 8 when printing 1 per page or duplex) does not print. Other forms then continue to print ok 4 per page.
