You’re right!

2020 T1 “Print Selection” says, “T1 jacked-pages 1, 2” and below, “T1 jacket-pages 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 8”.

Indeed, when I printed the T1 jacket (4 pages per page), pages 1-5 printed correctly, page 6 was skipped (blank), then page 7 (which is really page 6) and page 8 (actual page 7) were printed. The last page (actual page 8—“Step 7—Refund or balance owing”) was NOT printed.

Basically Profile skips one page and thus the last page is not printed.

Please rectify this issue in the next version!

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue. This leads me to believe is may be an installation issue or the print set up settings. Call us at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to investigate further.

I'll call them at my earliest convenience. But sounds like others are having similar issue. I'm just running my work around until then. I've attached a printout of T1 jacket, S14, and Ontario tax.

Yes, last page is missing, exactly like my printout.

Was anyone able to resolve this? I've still got the problem and don't have time to play unpaid trouble shooter with Intuit.

If you go to Online and then Check For Updates you might find you are running an older version. Running the current version can sometimes fix these types of errors. Yadda yadda yadda same old messaging.

I'm running Profile 2020.4.0 and still the problem. I don't ever expect a fix for this problem as there's not enough noise from customers. I suppose most don't use the feature (the feature that doesn't work! LOL)

For what it's worth, I'm running a Brother MFC9340 with up to date firmware etc. What I haven't yet tested is if the problem persists when printing 4 per page to pdf. Hmm.

My work around is to simply print the T1 jacket for page 8 only and incorporate it into the package.

I have the newest version of Profile and I'm still having this issue. Recently a client called me because he was actually looking for this missing page. So yes, this issue should be fixed as soon as possible-ideally, before the April 30 deadline!
