Intuit Link is not working for clients
Hi,
I am having issues with Intuit LINK. 2019 it was working fine. Now as my client log in to their account, they could not access to their 2019 files, documents and not even they can upload any documents for 2020. Whenever they click on Documents, a flashing "from You" is pop up and gone. I attached the pictures what my client view in their side.
I created request from HUB but it only shows on the tab that TODO is 13, but client can not view any of it. Is there any solutio

I had the same issue last year, Link worked from the accountant side but not the client. I had to contact Profile as it was a background setting they had to change. No issues this year.

I talked to Profile support, they do recognize it is a backend issue. Still waiting to get this resolved.

Have the user click on the sign out link. They will then be directed to sign in again, ( I had the same screen pop up and it worked for me).

I tried with the Profile support, there is no solution so far. Did not get any exact answer why it is not working. Never had issue with Intuit LINK since its inception. Probably this year I had to find alternative solutions for my clients!!!
