This update is a little late since, for most of us, tax season is over. I understand that the issues we experienced weren't easy to fix, but we still had to live with them and manage to work within the deadlines.
My message was written on March 30th, and it took over 35 days to get an initial comment on this. We should have received a response much sooner.
We've been working together for quite some time, and I still thank you for the email support I received from you in trying to resolve the issues.
