Open letter to the Intuit Team
I have been a customer since 2001. I was among the most active participants in the early days of the Profile discussion forums. I participated in numerous meetings and discussions with various members of Profile's technical support and development teams. The software holds no secrets for me anymore. Since 2016, I have my own discussion forum for Profile users, and since 2018, I have been providing training to users to improve their experience with this software.
For a few years now, I have seen this software become less and less efficient, the main reason being that the software is increasingly demanding in terms of memory usage. This year is the worst I have ever experienced as a Profile user.
Crashing every 30 to 40 minutes, access violation message every 5 minutes, having to restart the software or the computer at least 3 to 4 times a day, etc. All my computers (I have 4) are new computers with 32GB of RAM, the processors were the fastest on the market at the time of my purchase, and yet, I can't get Profile to work properly on any of the 4 computers! I'm not the only one with these multiple problems.
Intuit, wake up!! You are on the verge of losing many customers, at least here in Quebec. Personally, this is my last year with you! For the past few years, a competing software has been poaching, and it will hurt you a lot next year because it will recruit everyone who is fed up with the poor performance of your software.
