Husband and wife province are living in the different province and we can not enter / modify different province of residency for each in profile.
The Profile Helpline could not resolve the issue after searching for resolution and suggested me to submit it thru feedback. He mentioned that it is the limitation of the software and needs to be corrected by Profile team.
Requested him to create ticket, which he created today for issue to be resolved as he noted the scenario so that it can be referred by Back office developers.
Profile suggested to handle a coupled return with both spouses residing in different provinces of Canada, uncouple the return by going to File, and then selecting Uncouple.
This will allow the provinces on the Info form to be different for each spouse.
But in this case how to handle optimization of medical / donations / dependent, CCB etc, is not mentioned and it's difficult.
In case anyone had the similar issue / situation in past please suggest the resolution.
