CRA mentioned "If you don’t have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank."
The issue is Profile does not accept this and allow to file.
Software team should find out how other software are dealing with this.
If you do not have further information, than please leave it open to be resolved, instead of reply without resolution.
