Client Explorer does not work. Profile 2023.3.5
The latest update has been strange.
We typically update a single computer to the latest version and verify before distributing the update.
After applying the 2023.3.5 update on a single computer, the program was unable to select the shared database option and client explorer would not work.
After contacting support, they suggested updating the server's version of Profile to 2023.3.5.
At this point, the issue was not resolved and we didn't feel confident updating the server until it was necessary. (I.e, we needed that version of Profile)
The next day, the client explorer stopped working for everyone running version 2023.3.0 and we were forced to upgrade the server to 2023.3.5. The database option works here and so does the client explorer.
This resolved the client explorer issue for everyone running 2023.3.0, but the one computer running Profile 2023.3.5 is in the same state. We select a shared database server and then it just goes to Personal.
Just bringing this to your attention.
