It actually didn't do that. I had to fix it up myself. The software still acknowledge it as an income and reported it in line 13010. 

I adjusted and moved the amount to "Eligible for full-time education amount" because thats my understanding when I read this "https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/about-your-tax-return/tax-re...
