I have read all of the "Clearing" cache and other options. I don't see how this is fair that my clients are troubleshooting. I'm out over $15,000 this week in cash flow because this product is consistently failing. If this was a one off, I could understand.
This is clearly a known issues, and now 3 of my clients are experiencing the same thing.
We can't continue like this.
I'd like a refund for my fees. Why am I paying fees, and at the same time having to troubleshoot something that should fundamentally be working all the time!
