I have been wanting the same thing with the pop up messages for the longest time. Being a small business, it's hard to always have your sticky notes plastered to your screen for all your customers different wants and needs. It would be very helpful as mentioned when you click on a customer or enter in an item number a message that you create could pop up. In my case, I have to have notes that say "prepaid before shipping out" because the customer may not be good at paying on time. It would be a great thing to add to Quckbooks!
