I am snapping pictures of my receipts, I get the check mark that says its uploaded but then it doesn't show in the list of receipts to review. I've cleared my cache etc?

Looking to see if anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this?

Since you've already cleared your browser's cache, let's utilize other supported browser to access your receipts list.

 

If the issue continues, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team for a more detailed investigation into your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
  5. You can choose to have our experts call you or chat with live support.

 

You can start a chat with a support expert on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. If you prefer a call, you can set up a callback. For English support, they're available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, and for French support, those hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET during the same weekdays.

Well if you figure it out let me know please,  its very frustrating. I will have to find some time to call support by the sounds of it as the reply wasn't very helpful.
