To close your QuickBooks Payments (Merchant Services) account, you'll need assistance from our Live Support Team, HMA11.
You can request a callback using the QuickBooks Assistant. Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account: https://qbo.intuit.com/.
- Click Help at the top to open the QuickBooks Assistant.
- Type keywords like cancel merchant account, contact us, or callback.
- Select No to explore more options.
- Choose Have us call you. You’ll receive a direct phone number and be prompted to confirm your personal information.
- Complete the process to schedule your callback.
