   • Choose New, then select Invoice to create a new, recurring invoice template.

   • Complete the invoice with all necessary client details, the frequency of recurrence, and other invoicing specifics.
4. Assign Each Item to a Project:
   • In the item details of the invoice, ensure that each relevant line item is assigned to the appropriate project. This ensures that the income from each recurring invoice is accurately reflected in the designated project.
     
5. Save and Schedule:
   • After reviewing all the details, save the template. The system will automatically generate and send out invoices according to the schedule you have set.
