LOL, almost a comical 'cut & paste reply from the handbook' .. Notice the 'fluff' in the response, unable to show what exactly they are offering for all these price increases. Also, fails to address how they are not taking advantage of their customers, because they can. It also fails to address how they justify charging non-profits such exorbitant pricing.
