Based on what you've described, I recommend taking a look at our Purchase Order reports. You can find these reports by clicking on Reports from the left navigation menu > navigate to the Expenses and Suppliers section. From here you can select the Purchase Order report that best suits your needs based on the report description which you can click on next to the report name.
