You can also keep track of your backordered/unfulfilled quantities and dollar amount using the Open Sales Order by Item report from your Reports Center. This report will show separate columns including Quantity, Backordered, Invoiced, etc. Let me know if this info helps. Otherwise, I'll be on standby in case you have other questions.
