Yes, there is a way you can view transactions with attachments without actually opening the entry. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales or Expenses menu.
  2. Choose All Sales or Expenses.
  3. Update the date through the Filter button.
  4. Click the gear icon and click Show More.
  5. Mark the Attachments box, then click the gear again to close the menu.
  6. A new column will be added indicated by the paper clip icon. It will show you the number of attachments assigned to that transaction. A blank means, no attachments are added.
