Hello there, @lindsay13.
Please know that your experience can be due to an application-related issue. Let’s troubleshoot to help you set a due date while creating an invoice.
For Android:
- Go to Settings and navigate to Apps or Apps & Notifications.
- Find QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Select Storage or Storage & Cache, then tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage).
- Confirm the action when prompted.
For iOS:
- Open your device Settings and select General.
- Go to iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App to free up storage while preserving your documents and data.
If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start. Alternatively, you can create an invoice and set a due date by logging into your QuickBooks company through a mobile browser.
