To address the inconvenience caused by the new update, QuickBooks Online (QBO) still offers the option to switch back to the old invoice layout you're familiar with. However, it's better to get used to the new layout since future updates will fully adopt the new interface without the option to return to the old one.

 

To switch back to the old invoice, here's how:

 

  1. Go to +New, then Invoice.
  2. Click Old layout.

      3. Select Switch to old layout.

Once done, try sending an invoice and check if the product & services button works. If the error persists, including feedback submission issues, troubleshooting the browser can help resolve the situation. Start by testing in incognito mode.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

After starting a new private browsing session, please log in to your QBO account to see if it works. If so, proceed with troubleshooting your browser to ensure the program runs smoothly and to resolve any technical errors. You can also use different devices or supported browsers as alternatives.
