To start, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Once confirmed, we can refresh the app’s data to make sure QuickBooks is functioning properly. This process will also eliminate any potential issues and ensure the app runs smoothly.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
- Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
- Press Yes.
You can also do it in your device settings. Here's how:
- Navigate to your device's Settings and select Apps (this may vary by device).
- Locate the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
- Tap Clear Data.
Once refreshed, restart your mobile device and check if the QuickBooks app is working again. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you’re using the latest version of QuickBooks. (Please note that the attached article refers to the global region, but the steps are also applicable to the AU region.)
