Hi there, @drkoole.

 

The item details may not be visible on the purchase order because the setting in your account preferences is turned off. Let's enable it again to resolve the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Expense.
  3. Turn off the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
  4. Click Save and Done.

Once done, try creating a new purchase order to see the result. If the items dropdown is still missing, sign out and sign back in to refresh the page.
